The South Beach Plaza provided an excellent location for my business stay. The staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring all my equipment needs for presentations were met efficiently. Additionally, the nearby dining options offered a variety of meals suitable for business discussions.
The room was outdated, with some maintenance issues that needed attention.

The location was awesome! Just a quick walk to the beach and tons of eateries nearby. The room felt old and a bit musty, though. 🌴

Great Location but Needs Improvement
The location can’t be beat—close to the beach and vibrant nightlife. However, the room had a lingering smoke smell, and the furnishings felt dated. Also, keep in mind that extra charges for pets can be steep. Great for a quick stay, but not a family vacation spot.

will certainly stay here again
The location is top-notch, just a short walk to South Beach. The room was fitted with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with fresh towels. I appreciated the sun umbrellas at the pool area. Basic breakfast options included muffins and coffee each morning, which was just enough to start my day right.

prime access to vibrant parks and cultural landmarks
my stay was highlighted by being just a few steps from Lummus Park, perfect for enjoying the ocean views and walking along the beach. The World Erotic Art Museum was less than a 5-minute walk away, making my explorations super convenient and fun. as a group traveler, I appreciated the easy access to several dining options nearby, but the room temperature control could use some improvement as it was tricky to manage during my stay.

The beach vibes are undeniable, and nearby spots like Salt Cafe are perfect for a quick bite after a day in the sun.
But let's be real, the breakfast was a total letdown and finding a roach in the bathroom? No thanks! Plus, my deposit is still M.I. A.

Had a fun time with my friends! The location is awesome, just a quick walk to Lincoln Road Mall for shopping and great food. The beach is nearby too, which made it easy for us to chill out. The staff was friendly, and we loved the vibe of the area, perfect for our group getaway!
Unfortunately, the breakfast was very basic with just muffins and toast. We were hoping for more options to start our day.

Rude staff, unexpected charges
Checked in with a service dog, and they ended up charging me a fee that I was told wouldn’t happen! The manager was super rude. Besides that, the room had this weird sewer smell, and I had to beg for an extra blanket. The breakfast was decent, but the towels were tiny. Such a frustrating stay.

The staff at reception were actually very helpful, especially Mariana and José, they really tried to help me out. The king-size bed in the room was spacious, fit for a king you know?
It wasn't cheap but I still expected more for my money.
