Checked in with a service dog, and they ended up charging me a fee that I was told wouldn’t happen! The manager was super rude. Besides that, the room had this weird sewer smell, and I had to beg for an extra blanket. The breakfast was decent, but the towels were tiny. Such a frustrating stay.

I recently enjoyed my stay since everything I wanted to see was just a few steps away, like the World Erotic Art Museum and vibrant Espanola Way, making my daily strolls a delight.

The staff at reception were actually very helpful, especially Mariana and José, they really tried to help me out. The king-size bed in the room was spacious, fit for a king you know?

It wasn't cheap but I still expected more for my money.
